If you're experiencing technical issues or errors when submitting your crew expense via the V.Crew Connect mobile app, please follow the troubleshooting step below:
If your device's language is set to something other than English, try temporarily switching it to English and attempt to submit the crew expense again.
If this does not resolve the issue, to assist us in investigating further, please provide the following details: (1) Description of the error (include a screenshot if possible), (2) Phone Make & Model, (3) OS Version, (4) V.Crew Connect App Version.
If you're ONBOARD and the technical issue persists, please manually submit your expense claim to your master. If you're on VACATION, you can send the complete documentation to us at shelp@vships.com, and we'll be happy to assist.
