Once you have sufficient SeaStars for your preferred reward, select the item of your choice in the Voyage
Loyalty Rewards section of the V. Crew Connect app and click on the "Get Reward" button.
You will then receive an automated message in your registered email address within a couple of minutes that contains a link to the fulfilment form that you need to accomplish.
If it is an item suitable for physical shipping, like a V branded item, you may choose in the form whether you prefer to pick it up in V Group’s Manila office or have it shipped to your chosen address.
For digital vouchers and gift cards, we will send it to the email address you wrote in the fulfilment form.
