Question: I forgot my password. How do I reset my password?
Answer:
- Tap the Forgot Password button on the login screen.
- On Forgot Password screen, enter the registered e-mail address on the field provided and tap Send button.
- It will then ask you to set a new password and enter on the field provided and tap Submit button.
- Note: Password should be at least 8 characters long. Must contain one upper case letter, one number and special character from this selection: !@#$%^+=£&
- A message will be sent to the registered email which contains the verification PIN.
- Check your email and take note of the verification pin.
- Return to Forgot Password screen and enter the verification PIN and tap the Login button at the lower portion of the screen.
Note: If no e-mail was received, kindly check the Junk/Spam Folder of your email or navigate to Forgot Password screen and tap the link below to resend verification PIN. If still unable to receive access code, contact V.Crew Support Centre for assistance.
