Question: I’m unable to register to the V.Crew Connect mobile app. I’m getting an error prompt saying, “Your details do not match V.Group records”.
Answer: You may be getting this error prompt due to one of the reasons below:
- The date of birth and/or email address were typed incorrectly. Please check and try again.
- You do not have an email address associated to your V.Group profile. Contact the V.Crew Support Centre for assistance.
- The email address you are submitting is not the registered email you have with V.Group. Contact the V.Crew Support Centre for assistance.
