ChatV.MS is available in the bottom right hand of the screen when viewing on a desktop or mobile device.
Users can then ask relevant questions. ChatV.MS supports conversational interactions. You are able to ask follow-up questions to clarify or refine responses.
Where required, a “New Chat” function is available to start a new interaction.
